What does the Verified badge mean?

The Verified badge means the member has confirmed the email address on their account and signed in.

You will see it in three places:

• Under the member's name on their profile — the word Verified in the line of facts. On their setlist, stage plot, tour poster and what's-on pages it is a tick in a circle with Verified beside the name.
• On their card in Explore — the same tick with the word Verified in the bottom corner. On some public listings, members without it are marked Unverified in that spot.
• In the About pop-up (the small i beside the profile heading), under At a glance — the line Verified member, alongside how long they have been on GigXchange and their review score.

There is nothing to apply for: it appears the first time you sign in after confirming your email, and you get a Profile Verified notification.

Reviews use the word too, and it means something different there. A review's own GX verified or Client verified mark says where that one review came from, not whether the member is verified — see leaving a review.
