What are the setup steps after I sign up?

Once your email is verified, a short setup wizard builds your profile. Until you finish it, the app brings you back to it whenever you sign in, so it is worth doing in one go.

The steps depend on your account type:

• Artist: About You, Avatar, Genres, Pricing & Gear
• Venue: Your Venue, Avatar, Venue Type, Capacity & Kit
• Agent: Your Agency, Avatar, Details
• Promoter: About You, Avatar, Events & Genres
• Organiser: Your details, Add a photo, Your events

Only the first step has fields you must fill in: the name people will see (your performing name, venue, agency or company), a Main Contact Name, and your City. Organisers give their own name or their organisation's name, and a city. Next stays greyed out until those are done.

Everything after the first step is optional. You can skip the photo and add one later, and the rest - genres, fees, capacity, commission and so on - can be filled in or changed whenever you like by editing your profile; see how do I edit my profile?

Use Back to return to an earlier step. On the last step, press Complete Setup and your profile goes live.

Signed in to the wrong account? On the first step the left-hand button is Sign out.
