Where do I find step-by-step guides in the app?

Look for the User guides shelf — a row of magazine-style covers near the foot of the page. Artists, agents and promoters find it on Creator Tools, venues on Venue Tools, and both get it on Promo Kit too. On an organiser account there is no Promo Kit — your shelf is on the help page in Settings.

Each cover opens one guide: a numbered walkthrough of a single screen, naming the buttons as they appear on it, so you can follow along with the real page open.

The shelf only shows the guides for your role and for the pages you have switched on, so you are never handed a walkthrough of a tool you cannot use. Drag or swipe the covers to reach the rest of the set — it never scrolls on its own.

For anything not on the shelf, press All user guides. That opens the full library with a Search guides box, so you can search by screen, by button, or by what you are trying to do.
