How do I see where I'm signed in, and sign out my other devices?
Open Settings, then Security, and look at Where you're signed in in the How you sign in card. It lists the phones and computers signed in to your account in the last 30 days.
Each row is named after the browser and device, such as "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone" - or "GigXchange app on iPhone" or "GigXchange app on Android" for our phone app. On an iPhone, a GigXchange link opened inside another app, such as your email app, can also show as "GigXchange app on iPhone". Devices with the same name share one row. Underneath it says when that device was last active, when it signed in, and roughly which country it was in - or Location not recorded. The country is approximate: a VPN or a mobile network can show somewhere else. The device you are using now is listed first.
To sign out a device, choose Sign out at the end of its row - if the row covers more than one device with that name, it signs them all out. To sign out everything except the device in your hand, choose Sign out of all other devices - beside the heading on a computer, at the foot of the list on a phone. Either way you are asked to confirm first. The other devices are signed out the next time they check in, within the hour; the one you are using stays signed in.
See a device you do not recognise? Sign it out, then set a new password under Change password at the top of the same page and choose Update password.
