The Prince of Wales is a friendly, multi-roomed Marston's local on Cowling Brow in Chorley, with a central bar serving a tap room, large lounge and pool room, real fires in both lounges and a beer garden to the rear — handily close to the Leeds–Liverpool Canal, so it's a popular walkers' and dog-friendly pub too. It runs a regular live-music programme with gigs on Fridays and Sundays plus an open-mic night hosted by local talent, alongside quiz nights, pool, darts and board games.
