Rescue Rooms is an iconic 450-capacity live-music venue and nightclub at 25 Goldsmith Street in Nottingham city centre (NG1 5JT), open as a music venue since 2003. It runs well over a hundred gigs a year across indie, rock and alternative, and has hosted the likes of Jake Bugg, The Killers, Ellie Goulding, The Libertines and Echo and the Bunnymen on the way up. The venue has a smart bar with Chesterfield-style seating, a full in-house PA and a professional sound engineer — a proper mid-size touring-circuit room rather than a pub back-room.
