The Adrian Flux Waterfront Studio is the 200-capacity intimate room at The Adrian Flux Waterfront, the 700-capacity main venue on King Street beside the River Wensum (139-141 King Street, Norwich NR1 1QH), close to the city centre, the Riverside complex and the train station. Run by the Union of UEA Students and a sister venue to the UEA LCR, the Waterfront has been the region's number-one alternative venue since 1993. The Studio space hosts smaller touring and breakthrough acts across rock, alternative, indie, metal and punk, alongside the main room's bigger shows and long-running club nights such as Propaganda and Meltdown. It's a proper grassroots-to-mid-tier stepping-stone room with in-house sound and a strong student and local following.
