Shaw Hall is a family-oriented holiday park at Scarisbrick, in the West Lancashire countryside on the banks of the Leeds-to-Liverpool canal — five miles from the Southport coast and under ten minutes from Ormskirk. Its clubhouse is the social heart of the park: an on-site bar and restaurant with a beer garden, takeaway and Sky Sports, hosting evening entertainment a couple of times a week and 'first class entertainment every weekend', including tribute and disco nights (e.g. an Abba night). Other facilities include a shop and off-licence, launderette, bowling and putting greens, a children's play area and a games area with pool tables.
