The Botanical Garden is a seasonal pop-up bar in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle, set in a suntrap courtyard behind an old ice-cream factory on New Bird Street. Open roughly March to October, it leans on gin-led cocktails, street-food vendors, board games and a relaxed programme of live music, DJ sets and events like its open drag nights. With its potted palms and sheltered yard it's a laid-back, dog-friendly summer venue rather than a dedicated gig room.
