Wharf Chambers is a workers' co-operative bar, café and DIY music venue at 23-25 Wharf Street (LS2 7EQ), just east of Leeds city centre. Owned and run by the people who staff it — bar, door, sound and admin all sharing equal control rather than answering to a manager or shareholders — it operates as a members' club (the Wharf Chambers Co-operative Club) for all licensed events. The programme leans into the underground and inclusive: punk and indie gigs, experimental and electronic club nights, drag, plus film, art and political discussion. It's open Wednesday to Sunday (Friday and Saturday running to 4am), wheelchair-accessible via the back door, and a fixture of Leeds' grass-roots scene.
