Bellahouston Park is Glasgow City Council's 170-acre south-side park in Bellahouston, off Dumbreck Road, and the city's big open-air concert ground. Each summer it hosts the Glasgow Summer Sessions series - in 2026 running from Sunday 28 June to Saturday 4 July with Teddy Swims, Neil Young, Alanis Morissette, Pitbull, Kings of Leon and My Chemical Romance, plus State Fayre's folk-rock and Americana day with The Lumineers and The Proclaimers on 27 June. Outside the festival weeks it is a council park rather than a gig venue: there is no permanent stage or house PA, shows are promoter-built with temporary production, and bookings go through the promoters (DF Concerts) rather than the park itself. A stadium-scale outdoor site, not a grassroots room.
