Set beside the Blackwater estuary, it hosts a busy summer calendar of one-day festivals and concerts — Soultasia (6 June 2026), The House & Garage Orchestra's 10th Anniversary Outdoor Festival, Smoke and Fire Festival, Classic Ibiza, Raver Tots and the Maldon Food and Drink Festival.
