The Green Rooms (Greenrooms Treforest) is a grassroots music venue and rehearsal complex at Unit B29-B30, Taffs Fall Road, Treforest Industrial Estate, Pontypridd, CF37 5YB — South Wales, not London. Established in 2009, it is the only facility in South Wales offering rehearsal-room-to-stage under one roof: four rehearsal rooms plus a main hall with stage, a fully stocked bar and free parking, open 10:30am-midnight seven days a week with a capacity of around 130. A loud, rock/metal/punk-leaning room — bands including Bullet For My Valentine and Funeral For A Friend have used its rehearsal spaces, and members of Holding Absence started out here. Regular 'Bash at The Greenrooms' live nights anchor its grassroots gig programme.
