Clwb ‌‌‍Ifor Bach is an iconic grassroots live-music venue, nightclub and promoter on Womanby Street in Cardiff city centre (CF10 1BR). Established in 1983 as a champion of Welsh-language and emerging music, it has been an early platform for many of the biggest names in Welsh and UK music. The multi-stage venue holds around 250 across its rooms and welcomes all genres, from indie and rock to electronic and alternative. It is undertaking a major redevelopment to expand into the building next door — adding a 500-capacity space and a 200-capacity emerging-artists room for up to 1,000 across all floors. Full backline and an in-house engineer support both touring shows and grassroots nights.
