It's a craft-beer-led, easygoing spot where the music fits the relaxed weekend mood. PA is provided; turn up and play. Start time isn't published, but it falls within the Sunday 3pm-11pm opening.
About Mosaic Tap
Mosaic Tap is a friendly craft-beer and natural-wine bar on Pink Lane, a stone's throw from Newcastle Central Station. It's a relaxed micro-bar set-up — a small bar to the left of the entrance with plenty of seating throughout, plus a snug upstairs — and music plays through the room most of the time. The live draw is the weekly open-mic night every Sunday from 6pm, where a rotating cast of local musicians and buskers take the floor, alongside a Wednesday pub quiz. It's intimate and community-minded rather than a stage-and-PA gig room, making it a natural first slot for acoustic and singer-songwriter acts in the city centre. Open seven days, from 1pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
