How do I report or block another member?

Press the small flag icon, which has no label on screen - hovering over it says Report or block. You will find it in two places: in the header of your conversation with that member, and at the top right of their profile, beside the back arrow.

Either one opens the same window with two choices.

Report this user. Choose a Reason - spam or unwanted promotion, harassment or abuse, inappropriate content, a fraud or payment scam, or something else - add any Details that help explain it, and press Submit report. Reports are private. If you want them blocked at the same time, switch on Also block before you submit.

Block without reporting. Press the block button (it carries their name) and confirm. Once blocked, they cannot message you and you will not see their messages. If you block someone from inside a chat, that conversation is also removed from your inbox.

Changing your mind. Open Settings, choose Security, and scroll to Blocked users. Every person you have blocked is listed with the date; press Unblock beside their name and confirm. They can then message you again.
