It's a family-friendly local serving a rotating selection of real ales, lagers and food daily, with quirky extras like axe-throwing alongside the craft beer brewed on the premises. Live music and entertainment run most of the week: open mic nights on Wednesdays and Sundays, various bands and solo artists on Saturday nights, a folk night on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, and karaoke on Fridays. A genuine grassroots fixture of the Kelham Island/Neepsend scene.
