Mote Park is a large landscaped public park on the edge of Maidstone, Kent — open grassland, mature trees and wide pathways — used as an outdoor live-music ground. It is best known as the home of the Maid of Stone Festival, a 5,000-capacity rock festival running 17–19 July 2026 across two stages: the main stage hosting world-renowned and UK rock bands (the 2026 line-up includes Saxon, Danko Jones, The Wildhearts, FM and The Temperance Movement) and a second stage for emerging acts. Its programming spans heavy, classic, melodic, blues, alternative, hard and southern rock, with cask ales, street food, fairground rides and camping. A flagship outdoor rock-festival site rather than a permanent venue.
