Toulouse Lautrec is a family-run French restaurant and jazz club at 140 Newington Butts, between Elephant & Castle and Kennington in South London (SE11 4RN), and a fixture on the capital's jazz circuit since 2008. Set over three floors of a lovingly refurbished old pub, it pairs a rustic ground-floor restaurant with a first-floor piano bar (jazz solos and duos) and a second-floor Jazz Club that hosts the bigger bands at weekends. Live jazz, blues, cabaret and burlesque run every single night of the week, making it one of the most consistent live programmes in the area, all backed by an in-house PA and house piano. Authentic French cuisine is served alongside the music. A dependable, intimate home for jazz, blues and cabaret acts in Kennington.
