The Queen's Head is a multi-roomed roadside pub in Belper, Derbyshire (DE56 1FF) — a CAMRA One-Star pub with a historic interior of national importance, a central island bar and three regular cask ales. Upstairs, the Top Bar is an intimate live-music room with a proper stage, seating roughly 60 (up to 80 squeezed in) and a magnificent view over the town and the Chevin from the rear patio garden. Its programme leans into folk, blues, jazz, soul, gospel, country and bluegrass, hosting both established and emerging singer-songwriters, with shows usually starting at 8pm and tickets around £7–8.
