Soundcheck Rock and Metal Bar is a live-music bar and restaurant at 40 Marine Parade in Worthing town centre, which opened on 10 March 2025 with a clear identity as the town's home for rock and metal. Across a varied food menu (including vegan and gluten-free options), signature cocktails and a packed events calendar, it hosts live bands, acoustic sets, themed nights and trivia, with Rockaoke every Thursday a standout fixture for the local rock and metal community. Open seven days a week — noon to 11pm Sunday to Thursday and noon to midnight Friday and Saturday — it's a lively grassroots room punching for its scene in coastal West Sussex.
