About Tower Of Song Music Venue
The Tower of Song is an intimate, purpose-built live music venue and recording/rehearsal studio at 107 Pershore Road South in Kings Norton, Birmingham (B30 3JX) — billed as the city's foremost acoustic and roots music venue. It's a genuine listening room with a capacity of around 60: 'No TVs, no karaoke, no tribute bands — just live music, all ages, all styles and a bar.' Gigs run Friday, Saturday and Sunday with doors at 7:30pm and bands on at 8:15pm, and the programme ranges across acoustic, roots, folk, blues, reggae and jazz, leaning towards original artists rather than covers or tributes. With an in-house PA and its own recording facilities, it's a dedicated, artist-first room available for featured gigs and private hire.
