The Jazz Bar is Edinburgh's primary working jazz club — Saturdays sell out, Tuesdays are open jam. The Tuesday format leans jazz, funk, and occasionally folk; the house piano is a real upright.
240 minutes, 20 acts at 10 minutes — ad-hoc bands form on the night, drummers and bassists drop in on each others' sets.
