Its 'Canopi sessions' open mic runs monthly on a Tuesday, championing original music and spoken word, with sign-ups from 7pm. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just finding your voice, it's a warm, supportive room to share your work.

About The Canopi
The Canopi at 59-61 Tudor Street is Cardiff's creative hangout where music, art, fashion and community meet (CF11 6AD). By day it's a coffee bar, workshop hub and exhibition space; by night it transforms into a laid-back venue for live performances. It hosts live music, open mics, film, fashion, talks and collaborations, and is explicitly positioned as a starter space for grassroots music — supporting first gigs and first experiences of a supportive venue. Capacity is around 100. A PA-equipped, original-and-covers-friendly grassroots room recently backed by Cardiff council's grassroots music-venue funding.
