About This Open Mic
The Night
Stroud Brewery's Open Mic Night runs on the first Tuesday of the month from 8pm at its taproom on London Road, Thrupp. It's a free, walk-in session: turn up to play and entertain the crowd, or grab a pint of Stroud's own beer and watch the local talent on offer. A relaxed, community open mic set in a working organic brewery.
About Stroud Brewery
Stroud Brewery's taproom sits along the canal in Brimscombe and runs a genuinely buzzing community music calendar. There's a free open mic on the first Tuesday of the month, a monthly Community Jam with a full drum kit, keyboard and two amps provided so you can just plug in and play, plus the Five Valleys Folk Session for Irish and Scottish folk and an informal Wednesday-morning acoustic jam. A welcoming, all-ages spot that puts grassroots and traditional music front and centre.
