The Night
The Mad Squirrel on Church Street — a craft-beer bar with artisan pizza and a strong live-music programme — hosts Open Mic with Andy Barrett on the third Thursday of each month, from 8:30pm to 11pm. It's an acoustic / electro-acoustic night with a friendly community that welcomes all levels. Five minutes from High Wycombe station. Free entry; turn up and have a word with Andy to get on.
About Mad Squirrel
Mad Squirrel Wycombe is a craft-beer taproom on Church Street specialising in beer, wood-fired pizza and live music, set over two floors in a striking building with a vaulted upstairs room. It hosts regular live music from solo acts to full bands plus a Thursday open-mic night, The Backroom Sessions. Expect acoustic covers, indie, folk, blues and Britpop in a relaxed, free-entry setting.
