The Night
This is the legendary Blues & Jazz Jam in the basement of The Spice of Life in Soho — 'Downstairs at the Spice', 6 Moor Street. Run by Dove Jones & The Connection every Monday from 8pm (doors 7:30pm), it's an open jam-party where seasoned players and brave first-timers share the stage across blues, jazz, classic rock, country and folk. Audience entry is £7 online in advance (£9 on the door) and musicians get in free, with cheap drinks and solid pub food. Newcomers are warmly welcomed up to play.
About Live Music Bar Soho - Blues and Jazz
This is the long-running Monday-night Blues & Jazz Jam held downstairs at The Spice of Life, 6 Moor Street, Soho, London (W1D 5NA) — a classic Soho pub basement five minutes' walk from Tottenham Court Road. The jam runs every Monday from 8pm (doors 7:30pm), hosted by Dove Jones & the Connection, and is open to seasoned musicians and brave amateurs alike, sharing the stage in turn. Entry is £7 online in advance or £9 on the door, with musicians getting in free; the bar serves normal pub drinks and classic pub food.
