A Grade II listed Georgian rectory with a Victorian Gothic facade, set in 52 acres of Kennet Valley parkland at Church Hill, Welford. The 150-capacity barn (built 2014) hosts acoustic, folk, function and pop events alongside the main house. One of the few licensed live music spaces in rural west Berkshire, drawing from Newbury, Hungerford and the Lambourn Valley.
