Elsewhere — now trading as Where Else? — is Margate's grassroots music venue, bar and community arts space at 21-22 The Centre, a short walk from the seafront. Launched in 2018 and renamed along the way, the 150-capacity basement room champions new and emerging local and international talent across indie, electronic, DJ and experimental nights, with a PA provided. The venue weathered a funding scare in January 2026, raising a 40,000 pound community crowdfunder to secure its future, and its gig calendar runs well into 2027.
