Excellar (Ex Cellar Wine) is a wine shop, wine bar and bistro rolled into one at 18-20 Brighton Road, Surbiton (KT6 5PQ), inside the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames - the same room as the Excellar entry, listed twice under two Skiddle venue names. It serves food and drink seven days a week and has run intimate live music in the Surbiton store since 2018 - chiefly jazz, blues, funk, soul and original singer-songwriters in a small seated room, with doors at 7pm and the performance at 8pm. The Ex Cellar Jazz series brings touring names alongside local performers: the autumn 2026 diary includes Stefan Redtenbacher's Funkestra (18 September), Jess Hayes of Connolly Hayes (24 September), Stevie Watts (29 October) and Will James (26 November).
