Lake District Music is an international arts festival based in the southern Lake District, with chamber music at its heart. Each summer it presents over 40 live concerts in intimate venues across Kendal and the surrounding fells, including Kendal Town Hall, bringing world-class classical, folk and jazz performers to audiences in the heart of Cumbria. Alongside its festival programme it runs a year-round academy nurturing young musicians.
