The Vivian Arms — the "Vivs" — is a spacious, traditional-style pub on the main crossroads in Sketty at 104 Gower Road, Swansea (SA2 9BZ). It's a Marston's house known for good-value, tasty food (including a popular Sunday lunch and gluten-free options) and a lively atmosphere for live sport. For musicians there are two weekly slots: live music every Friday and an open mic every Tuesday, plus a general-knowledge quiz on Sundays and a music quiz on Wednesdays. With around 90 standing capacity, a PA, a pool table and inside/outside seating, it's a dependable local-pub gig spot for the Sketty area.
