The Woodman is a beautifully renovated free house on Goodson Street in the heart of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent's city centre, proudly listed in the CAMRA 2025 Good Beer Guide for its top-quality cask ales. The dog-friendly pub hosts regular live-music nights and events showcasing the best of local talent, with a PA in place and a cosy snug for parties and smaller gatherings. Open Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays), it's a welcoming, community-focused grassroots room for both originals and covers across rock, acoustic and party sets.
