The Village Inn is a traditional brew pub in the Cotswold town of Nailsworth, with Keep Brewing's mash tuns working away downstairs. Its open mic night is a long-running fixture — now in its sixth year — fronted by house band The VIPs and hosted by Johnny Barlow, with full PA and band equipment on hand for anyone who wants to play three songs of covers or originals. Held fortnightly on a Wednesday, it's a friendly, well-kitted spot for grassroots performers.
