It's establishing itself as an acoustic music venue, with artists performing weekly and Saturday running as acoustic night, plus regular karaoke. A traditional real-ale pub, it pulls hand-pulled cask from Ossett Brewery, Rat Brewery and Timothy Taylor's, and is open seven days a week (Mon-Thu from 3pm, Fri-Sat from noon, Sun noon-10.30pm). A grassroots spot for acoustic performers in the Holme Valley.
