The Crescent Lounge is an up-and-coming Scarborough live-music venue, transformed from the Crescent Hotel's old pub into a relaxed cocktail lounge with a small stage and outdoor seating. Its open mic runs every Friday from 8:30pm to 11pm, hosted by Mally Jackson, and is known as a friendly, inclusive night welcoming singers, musicians, comedians and poets of all levels. The lounge also programmes jazz, acoustic sessions and band nights for both locals and visitors.
