The Bull Inn is a newly refurbished 17th-century inn on Butcher Row in the heart of Shrewsbury, and an award-winning music venue. Live bands take over on Friday and Saturday nights, with an open mic on Wednesdays giving local players their turn, all rounded out with real ales, food and a large beer garden out back. It's a proper town-centre grassroots room with rooms upstairs if you fancy staying.
