The Old Market Assembly at 25 West Street has been a fixture of Bristol's Old Market since 2015 — an award-winning restaurant, bar, cafe and bakery built around a state-of-the-art stage and sound system, and home to the much-loved Wardrobe Theatre showing original fringe work. With a capacity of around 300, the room programmes live music, club nights, cabaret, interactive theatre and tasting events, with a sun-drenched roof terrace upstairs. Tickets are deliberately accessible — theatre from £6 and many bands free to watch — reflecting its aim of being welcoming, inclusive and fun.
