It serves British pub food and runs live music and quiz nights. It is home to the Wrexham Folk & Acoustic Club, which meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month (October to June, with a break in early January), kicking off at 8pm — arrive early for a meal before the session. A characterful North Wales pub blending heritage with a regular folk/acoustic programme.
