The Tunnels is one of Aberdeen's defining grassroots music venues, literally built into two arched tunnels running beneath the city at Carnegie's Brae. The atmospheric, low-ceilinged rooms give it a flexible capacity of roughly 80 up to about 300 standing, making it a go-to for rock, indie, metal, electronic and Celtic acts as well as a busy club and DJ programme. It champions both emerging local bands and touring grassroots acts and is a long-standing fixture of Aberdeen's live scene, with active listings on Skiddle, Bandsintown and Music Aberdeen through 2026.
