The Woodville (formerly the Woodville Halls) is Gravesend's main arts venue and theatre at Woodville Place, Kent (DA12 1DD), opened in November 1968. Its main auditorium seats 650 across three levels — or converts to a flat floor for 380 cabaret-style or 100 in the circle — and there's a smaller 150-capacity Studio. It runs a dynamic programme of live music, theatre, comedy, community projects, gallery exhibitions, cinema and live broadcasts, including world-music celebrations and touring concerts. A genuine, active live-performance venue.
