The Welly (The Welly Club) is Hull's legendary alternative nightlife and live-music venue at 105-107 Beverley Road, HU3 1TS. With an official capacity of around 880, it spreads across three rooms — W:1 (around 600), W:2 (around 350) and the Lounge — plus a hidden 'pub in a club', Mrs Wilson's. Known for its vibrant, unpretentious atmosphere, it hosts touring bands alongside weekly club nights spanning indie, pop-punk, alternative, electro, 90s, rock and drum'n'bass. A long-standing fixture of Hull's grassroots and alternative scene.
