The Jam House occupies a historic Georgian building at 3-5 St Paul's Square in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter (B3 1QU). Opened on 23 April 1999 and inspired by Jools Holland, it's a landmark, award-winning live-music venue split across three open-plan floors with balcony seating, holding up to 605 standing, 350 for buffets and 160 for sit-down dining. Live bands play most nights Wednesday to Saturday across jazz, blues, soul, funk, rock, pop and R&B, with freshly cooked international cuisine served on the top floor (80+ covers). Over the years its stage has hosted Chaka Khan, The Stylistics, The Specials, The Beat, Steve Gibbons, Buddy Greco, Pato Banton, Paul Carrack and Jools Holland's Rhythm 'n' Blues Orchestra.
