The Globe is an intimate 350-capacity live music venue at 125 Albany Road in the Roath/Plasnewydd area of Cardiff (CF24 3NS). A former cinema, it was converted in 2008 into a live venue hosting mainly live music, club nights and comedy, with the audience split across a standing auditorium and balcony - a distinctive room that is wider than it is deep. It is a fixture of the Cardiff grassroots circuit for rock, indie and alternative touring acts.
