The Classic Grand is a long-standing Art-Deco live-music venue at 18 Jamaica Street in Glasgow city centre. Built around 1860 as a warehouse and converted to the Grand Central Cinema in 1915, it became a music venue after a 2001 fire, with a total capacity of about 800 across a multi-level layout — a main hall holding around 550 standing plus a 250-capacity lounge. It specialises in rock, metal, indie and electronic shows alongside well-known tribute acts, and remains one of the city's busiest grassroots-to-mid-size gig rooms.
