About Teesside University Students' Union
Teesside University Students' Union is a grassroots music venue in Campus Heart, Town Centre, Middlesbrough with a standing capacity of approximately 200. Bring your own PA, mics and instruments.
Teesside University Students' Union runs two student-led venues in the heart of Middlesbrough (Campus Heart, TS1 3BA) — The Hub and The Terrace. The Hub is the larger room, holding up to ~600, with a proper stage, integrated AV/PA, lighting, projection screens and a purpose-built DJ booth, fully equipped for live music; The Terrace is a bar-restaurant space. Over the years the SU has hosted major touring artists including Calvin Harris, Chase & Status, Pendulum, Jess Glynne, Sigala and Funeral for a Friend, alongside student gigs and club nights.
