Scala is a landmark King's Cross live-music venue and nightclub housed in a former Art Deco cinema on Pentonville Road, just minutes from six Underground lines and the Eurostar terminal. The building spreads over four floors with three bars, two dance floors and a large stage, holding around 800 for a seated/standing live show and up to 1,145 for a club night or full hire. Since reopening as a music venue it has become one of London's best-loved mid-size rooms, hosting touring rock, indie, pop and electronic acts as well as long-running club nights across its multi-level layout.
