Pangbourne Working Men's Club, at Rosewood Hall on Whitchurch Road (RG8 7BS) just outside Reading, is best known as the home of Pangbourne Jazz Club (Jazz@PJC). Founded in 2016 by Keith Howard and Terry Hutchins, the club runs first-Sunday-of-the-month concerts from February through December showcasing the best of British jazz — recent bills include the Laurence Cottle Quartet for its 10th-anniversary concert. Doors open at 7pm with the club's own bar and a car park on site; tickets are typically £12.50–£14. It is one of the more dependable grassroots jazz nights in Berkshire.
