Newark Town Hall is a Grade I listed Georgian building of 1776 in the Market Place of Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. Its historic first-floor Ballroom doubles as a wedding and events venue and an occasional live-music hall, hosting touring shows across rock and roll, soul, blues and rhythm and blues — recent bills have included The Vintage Explosion. The grand, high-ceilinged room gives concerts an elegant period setting rather than a typical band-room feel.
