Neuadd Ogwen is a concert hall and community arts centre in Bethesda, near Bangor, in Gwynedd, North Wales. Its Main Theatre seats 168 or holds up to 350 standing, built around an 8-metre stage with a full house sound system and lighting rig — a proper, well-equipped room rather than a bring-your-own-PA space. Programming is genuinely varied: live music (recent and upcoming names include The Zawose Queens, Inspiral Carpets and Freebo), cinema, theatre, comedy, workshops, classes and a monthly local-produce market, plus intimate gigs in the smaller bar (40 standing) and a 50-capacity events room. The venue has full disabled access throughout and is a key cultural hub for the Dyffryn Ogwen community, with a strong line in Welsh-language and folk acts alongside touring indie and world music.
